How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to:
- Analyze lease documents using our AI model
- Generate and present a lease compliance summary
- Deliver results or communication when you provide contact details
- Process payments securely
- Monitor and improve product performance and functionality
Data Retention
We retain your lease documents and analysis results for a limited time necessary to provide our services. Uploaded documents are automatically deleted within 30 days of analysis completion unless you choose to save them to your account. Saved documents are retained for as long as your account remains active, and you may delete them at any time from your dashboard.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption of all data in transit and at rest
- Controlled access to data and services
- Secure integration with third-party providers
- Automatic deletion of sensitive documents
Disclosure of Information
We do not sell or rent your data. Your information is only shared with:
- Stripe for secure payment processing
- OpenAI or similar language model providers strictly for lease analysis; lease content is processed but not stored or used for training by these providers
All third parties are subject to their own privacy policies and security standards.
